Where do I begin! First I buy a used vehicle with only 31000 miles and was charged 2400.00 for a 300 point inspection. My question is don’t you prep cars before you put out for sale When I asked what type of guarantee comes with that I was zero Second the tack on a 1500.00 for a luz insurance which I was told comes with the vehicle. This insurance is also a complete ripoff I have asked several people for an itemized breakdown of what I purchased and to this day have not gotten it I have absolutely no idea what exactly the insurances that I bought and exactly what they cover Once o took the car back for a scratch cause I paid 1500.00 for a inside outside insurance and was told I was not covered I had to go back to the finance manger for explanation The other day I took the car in cause the tail lights were not working I supposedly have this platinum insurance The tech says we do dot service aftermarket’s and someone did some electrical work which may have caused a short and because someone else touched it the electrical is not covered. Why was I ever sold insurance? I called Toyota they said it’s probably a fuse. The tech checked the fuse by the motor area and dismissed the problem. I called Toyota n they like most cars the fuse is under the dash area What do you think?
