Ever since I got my first service here my car is not the same. It makes noises and it’s seems they did not do their job. I had an an appointment at 1045 and they weren’t finish with my car for 3 hours later More

The service (oil change and tire rotation) took almost two hrs. When I had the same service done at the Kia Dealer up in Auburn, WA. It took only one hour. Not sure what made the difference?? More
