I was lied to. Promised credit for diagnostics $300 but aside from completing my $4000 estimated repairs totally there, they wouldn’t even perform the oil change. I WILL RECOMMEND TO READ THE ENTIRE POST BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALER OR ANY GREENWAY KIA DEALERSHIPS.... I did a simple search on a vehicle i was interested in buying from their site. I start YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALER OR ANY GREENWAY KIA DEALERSHIPS.... I did a simple search on a vehicle i was interested in buying from their site. I started receiving calls automatically from the dealership which was extremely annoying. I then started talking to a lady by the name of Jazmine. we went over numbers and I asked if the vehicle was on site, she confirmed and said the car was on their lot. she advise me to come so she can help me. This is where things took a turn for the worse. Upon arrival , I requested to speak with her and I was told immediately that she was only a online rep and another person was going to help me. ( red flag automatically ) I then request to speak with her and I ended up getting a Manager by the name of Ricardo . I advise him that I have requested to speak with her because we have already gone over numbers and such and he asked what car I was interested in. I proceed and make him aware of the car, gave him the stock number. Few minutes went by and he came and told me the car was not in their lot and that it was sold already ( literally after speaking with Jazmine 15 minutes ago) . They try to catch you with this $10,000 over KBB value but is all lies. IF I could give this dealership Zero Starts, I would. If you are reading this and you are in need to get a car, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT Do BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP OR ANY GREENWAY KIA DEALERSHIP. they only will help you if they can jack up their car prices against you. if you do your homework and outsmart them, they will tell you the car is not for sale anymore. they should be reported to the better business bureau. I can see why their dealer site has poor reviews now. More

Had my first oil change on my new Niro at Greenway Kia North. Noah was my service coordinator.
