Your service department is terrible, I tried three times to get my oil changed and three times I left without having it done. Jennifer was so nice and always available for my calls! However the dealership as a whole did not offer rental vehicles for service covered under warranty, gives me the run around on the reimbursement, and However the dealership as a whole did not offer rental vehicles for service covered under warranty, gives me the run around on the reimbursement, and the actual work took 24 days which is a long time to be without a vehicle. Jennifer and a few members there were nice in the process and I understand these things are beyond there control but the company as a whole should revisit their policies and estimated turnaround times. Charged for unnecessary work twice, I asked them to put a note to prevent for that to happen again, and they said "that is your responsibility to tell us".
