He left it up to me to deal with the purchase & I was very afraid. Auto buying can be very stressful and made more unpleasant by pushy, unprofessional & aggressive sales tactics. Needless to say, this is NOT what you will find at Longwood KIA. I was ready to run when I bumped into Jim (GM) who led me to Mike (sales). Within one hour, I'd test driven two cars, was given fantastic financing offers, received better deals than Internet best price/invoice prices and purchased two vehicles. No haggling necessary!!! They even delivered the cars to our home. My husband & I love our new cars. KIA has a wonderful product, & this dealership has exceptional service professionals. They far exceeded our expectations. Mike came to our home on his day off to help us sync the garage & connect it to the home link feature in the car.
