I could not be more impressed with the staff at this dealership. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel instantly comfortable in what could be a stressful situation. I was blown away by the incredible, friendly, supportive and helpful staff from the moment I first contacted Barbara online. She was friendly and supportive of a single woman on a tight budget. She took the time to talk to me both online and on the phone. She prepared me for an appointment today. This morning, as she was off, Levan Irvin took over for me and was amazing. He took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and more importantly what I could afford and what I needed. He was fantastic. After a quick test drive, I was sold on my new Soul. Levan worked hard with me to keep me on budget and in the car I was clearly falling in love with. His discussed all my options, let me ask questions, and found a way to make it all work for me. When I had to return later in the day with my vehicle, he was already off for the day but he came back in to make sure everything was taken care of. I felt important and geniunely cared for. When I did the financing with Sarah, she was careful to explain everything to me, she answered my questions carefully, and worked again to make sure I knew what I was signing. Barbara, even though she was off, took the time to call me and congratulate me on my purchase and to make sure I was being well taken care of! All in all, I was impressed with the professionalism and compassion these people showed me. They seemed to honestly want to make sure I was in the best vehicle for me. I am thrilled with my new car and I am satisfied that I was given the best deal they could find for me! I'm excited to see where my new Soul takes me thanks to Levan, Barbara and Sarah!!!! More

I previously owned an Infiniti Q56, although I absolutely loved my SUV, it was an 8 cylinder gas hog. We were looking at the BIG THREE American vehicles when a friend of mine bought a Kia Sorrento. The first time I saw it, I thought this I can handle, although they purchased the basic 4 cyl model,I really wanted a beefed up model. Because my friends had done all the research (this is something they pride theirselves on) we decided this was the vehicle for us. My first impression of the dealership was low-key with that great southern hospitality and it continued right through the whole buying process. My salesperson, Jeff Eller, was not only knowledgable, his salesmanship far surpassed any experience I have ever had at any dealership including Infiniti (stuffy). I don't like to deal with the typical USED CAR SALESMAN personality, Jeff has the demeanor of a seasoned salesperson "EXTRAORDINAIRE" and it doesn't stop there. He doesn't just sell you a vehicle and forget you, he follows up with his clients, makes sure everything is good and if you have any issues, he will take care of them! If this is a voting process, I vote for Jeff! Bt the way, I LOVE MY NEW SORRENTO SX!!!!! More

Jeff let me drive and inspect the vehicle longer than the normal person would have. The sales manager was very respectful and polite during the negotiating process. Earl Lawson was Awesome!! I had already searched online for the vehicle I wanted. I went on my lunch hour to test drive a 2011 Kia Sorrento and Earl took me right over to the car. We test drove it he shoul for the vehicle I wanted. I went on my lunch hour to test drive a 2011 Kia Sorrento and Earl took me right over to the car. We test drove it he should me all the features and the next day I drove the car home. He was very helpful and had all the paper ready so that I did not have to wait around messing with the finance part. It was a GREAT experince altogether. Thanks Earl More
My boyfriend and I was recently shopping for a new car and visited Orlando Kia North Longwood. I had dealt with Mr. Levan Irvin as our salesman. He was FANTASTIC! It is easy to get caught by this dealership, they almost appear human. I called ahead to say that I was driving 2 hours to see a car they advertised. They checked that the car was in stock and made an a appear human. I called ahead to say that I was driving 2 hours to see a car they advertised. They checked that the car was in stock and made an appointment to take a test drive. We arrived with cash and no trade in, but they couldn't find the car. Someone then said that it was sold- What the heck! I told them I called and who I talked to, what did they check? Someone then said it was at the auction, and they tracked it down and offered to drive us there to see it. Red flags were going off, but I figured just being inept doesn't mean they can't sell me a good car. I was wrong. They said it passed all the checks and had a high rating. I looked over the car and it had 2 windows that wouldn't work, scratches on every panel, stained seats, and then the check engine light came on. They offered to being it back to the dealership to check it out. When we got back I asked what the discount would be for all the problems with the car? They said there wouldn't be any, but what discount was I talking about? I offered $10,000 selling price ($1000 less than advertised), they then said okay, but the "out the door" price was $11,700. Taxes were less than $700 and I was transfering a tag so that means they had $1000 is "dealer fees" that they didn't mention. Don't walk away from this dealership---RUN! More
