From the moment I walked into the showroom it was nothing less than excellent in every way. My sales consultant, Nick Natole, went above and beyond all my expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me. Once I told him what my hopes were for buying a car he stopped at nothing to fulfill my wishes. He got me the most incredible deal, staying completely within my budget. I walked out of there with a car I never thought I would be able to buy that evening. SO FAR THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE. I have been to many dealerships and this would have been my fifth car purchased. I usually have a plan that I don’t want to be drag around if I cannot get what I want. dealerships and this would have been my fifth car purchased. Well Nick Natole was my sale associate and it seems that he understood and took me to the car that I wanted base on the features that I wanted. One of the best things that I like was that he did not force anything on me and just gave me information on the car that he showed me. Well after I have saw the first car he was going to show me (SORENTO) I did not wanted to see any more. We drew out the paper work and started the process. I turned out that they did not have the color I wanted at the store and he was going to have it shipped from one of their other stores. In addition he asked me the interior color that I was interested. So while he research and called around and worked out the finances, he informed me that it would take about an hour and if I was interested I could gone home check on my dogs while they finish the process. Well within 30 after leaving I get a call from Nick Natole and informed me that a new shipment has arrived with a 2013 Sorento, with all the features and more. SOLD. Out of all the dealership that I’ve been too, and different cars that I have bought in the past the this has been the best service from both the sales person and finance manager. More

From the begining of purchase of kia sedona all I ever had was problem,they change the wiring harness .light go out, would not start,turn signals take turns going out[the rear ligts never have a problem, had was problem,they change the wiring harness .light go out, would not start,turn signals take turns going out[the rear ligts never have a problem,if is an elect.problem fix it and stop charging almots $40.00 to replace a bulb.Since my van was paid off in oct. the coupns for discounts have stop coming,with a credit score over 900 on all three agencies why did a sales person try to tell me I had to come down with 2,000.dp and mo payment of over 500.00 for a basic Kia soul?We will no loner buy KIA as it seems that buyers are a big ZERO .Why does your costomer sevice neve answer e-mails? I came in to purchase a brand new 2012 Kia Soul. I spent time with Eddie Albasha to find a car I fell in love with. While Eddie was helpful he didn't seem to know as much about the car as other salesmen I h time with Eddie Albasha to find a car I fell in love with. While Eddie was helpful he didn't seem to know as much about the car as other salesmen I had talked about. He didn't show me the interior light package or the back up camera on the car. Even aside from this I wanted the car! We spoke with the sales manager who was working the numbers for us. During the conversation with him (Terri) he was in a fight with his wife right in front of us. After getting over the awkward feeling that caused we were told that with my credit (almost a 600) and my cosigner (who has A+ credit) we would have a 9.94% interest. We worked out our down payment and monthly payment and everything was agreeable. Unfortunately, the "banks weren't open" and my cosginer wasn't available that day. But because she has perfect credit they told me there would be no issues and let me take the car home. The next day when we came in to sign the papers they presented us with a 13.6% interest rate! This changed the monthly payments over $60 a month and the finance team was UNWILLING to do anything to make the payments work. They didn't want me on the loan to begin with because of my less than perfect credit. We had $4,000 down and a cosigner with perfect credit and they outright refused to help us. So after taking the car home and being promised that everything would work I was forced to return the car yesterday because the dealership refused to help us in any way. I would NEVER suggest this dealership to anyone. Unless you have perfect credit or are willing to pay astronomical amounts for a base model car then I suggest you go elsewhere! More
