The dealership, Orlando Kia North had all the cars on the lot, in the colors. So I was able to look at the one I wanted. The Optima Lx with the convenience package was perfect for me. My salesman, Domingo ne lot, in the colors. So I was able to look at the one I wanted. The Optima Lx with the convenience package was perfect for me. My salesman, Domingo never tried to up-sell me and he did everything he could to get me the price and the payment I wanted. He was the greatest! He is knowable about Kia and their cars and was able to answer all my questions. He has also been very helpful after the sale. When i call him, he answers my questions and always calls me back. I would recommend him and Kia anytime and I will come back to see them when I need another car. More

I went to Orlando Kia North to see Kia models because I heard great things about the brand. the nice models, the features and the best warranty in the market. I was not really sure about which car I want so Essam was kind and patient enough to show me all the models and the features the cars have. I was really impressed by how nice Kia cars are. I test drove some of them and and I ended up liking the 2014 Forte. it is a really nice car with some features that you can't find in other cars like Toyota or Nissan. I also loved how it drives. I was worried that I do not get approved because I don't have a good credit but thankfully they got me approved and I got the car that I loved for a really good payment. overall I am so happy that I went there and got the car. it was a great dealership and Essam was a really nice honest person. I love my new Kia! More

I went to Deland Kia first looking for the best deal I could get, I told the general mgr I would not be back so give me the best price you have. So he did. Our sales man (Foster) was not friendly at all could get, I told the general mgr I would not be back so give me the best price you have. So he did. Our sales man (Foster) was not friendly at all, I did not like him from the start, but my husband wanted to stay & see what kind of a deal we could get. I asked Foster about the mileage kick back that the 2011 or 12 Kia was getting is still going on. But before I could even finish asking the question he jumped in stated the government was at fault not Kia. Then when at his desk he went on telling us about him being shot down three (3) times in the war & on & on..... He was full of BS... There is no way I could do business with this man..... We left Deland Kia & went on to Longwood Kia where we was met with a wonderful sales man Tim. I can not say enough about this man. He was wonderful, delightful, funny, & willing to do what it took to sell us a car. And so he did, Tim took us out to the car & went over everything on the operations of the vehicle & Dash. I have been buying cars for 40 years & he is the first to do this with us. He wanted to make sure we new & understood the operation. If you are going to buy a new Kia I suggest you go to Longwood Kia & ask for Tim..... They are going to do what it take to get your business & they have a wonderful & caring staff. More

After speaking with Manny over the phone my wife and I decided to head up to Orlando Kia North. Upon arriving we were greeted by J. Hardwick(not sure I'm spelling his name correctly) and things were going decided to head up to Orlando Kia North. Upon arriving we were greeted by J. Hardwick(not sure I'm spelling his name correctly) and things were going well. Not having great credit we were shown a car near our price range and while not the car we wanted it wasn't a total let down. We began the credit and app process and after 3 hours of haggling ended up leaving due to Manny not listening to us when we told him our maximum monthly payment and his endless requests to "meet him in the middle" were making us regret ever showing up. We decided to take a break to grab a bite and talk about it to see what we could manage to maybe meet him at a slightly higher price point. The dealership was open till 6pm on Sunday and it was only 4:45 but as we told Manny what we wanted to do he got rather rude about how they were only open for 45 more minutes. Unluckily for him we went less than a mile down the road to Bill Ray Nissan where we were treated very well and walked out with a very nice fully loaded Nissan Sentra at the price we said we could afford. Sadly this experience has made my wife and I not want to walk into another Kia dealer anytime in the near future. More
