My husband was with me and does not like to deal with buying a car so we gave Earnest 30 mins to make a deal and he did it. I was very satisfied with the service he gave me. Then it came time to go and sign the papers. Sarah was a great wealth of knowledge and ended up getting my financing with a lower interest rate than first thought and giving me a platium warranty that covers everything. She called me back in with the suprise of getting my interest rate lowered and seemed as excited as I was about it. She went above and beyond what my expectations were. I love my new Kia Soul and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Kia. More

Before coming in, we worked with Scott who quoted a $7000 rebate for any new vehicle. When we got to the location, they gave us a quote with $1000 rebate. It felt as if we were buying a car from an old friend rather than a salesperson. Shane and the Sales Manager who introduced himself to us (sorry forgot his name)worked out an excellent deal to purchase the Soul+. The whole process was quick and easy, which was very nice since we had our 7 y/o daughter along with us. Shane gave her a balloon and that made her happy. We then worked out the financing and warrenty with Sarah. She is a "down to earth" person who makes you feel like you have known her for years. She is like Shane, polished knowledge of the process and an absolute joy to purchase a car from. Our new car was sent to the car detailer (Sorry didn't get his name)while we were in the finance office. The detailer also did a great job detailing our new car.
