I previously owned an Infiniti Q56, although I absolutely loved my SUV, it was an 8 cylinder gas hog. We were looking at the BIG THREE American vehicles when a friend of mine bought a Kia Sorrento. The first time I saw it, I thought this I can handle, although they purchased the basic 4 cyl model,I really wanted a beefed up model. Because my friends had done all the research (this is something they pride theirselves on) we decided this was the vehicle for us. My first impression of the dealership was low-key with that great southern hospitality and it continued right through the whole buying process. My salesperson, Jeff Eller, was not only knowledgable, his salesmanship far surpassed any experience I have ever had at any dealership including Infiniti (stuffy). I don't like to deal with the typical USED CAR SALESMAN personality, Jeff has the demeanor of a seasoned salesperson "EXTRAORDINAIRE" and it doesn't stop there. He doesn't just sell you a vehicle and forget you, he follows up with his clients, makes sure everything is good and if you have any issues, he will take care of them! If this is a voting process, I vote for Jeff! Bt the way, I LOVE MY NEW SORRENTO SX!!!!! More

Earl Lawson was Awesome!! I had already searched online for the vehicle I wanted. I went on my lunch hour to test drive a 2011 Kia Sorrento and Earl took me right over to the car. We test drove it he shoul for the vehicle I wanted. I went on my lunch hour to test drive a 2011 Kia Sorrento and Earl took me right over to the car. We test drove it he should me all the features and the next day I drove the car home. My son & I visited Orlando Kia North on 5/6/11. Earl Lawson greeted us on the lot and was very friendly and helpful. We had been on-line to find the vehicle we wanted and had the print-out. Earl took our print-out and found the nearest fit to our list and price range. I did not feel pressured or pushed to take something I did not want. All in all Earl made our experience quite easy and fun. We had been to other Kia dealers in town and had not had anywhere near the pleasant experience. At one dealership the salesman didn't seem to know much about the cars and didn't take our on-line info seriously. At another dealership no one even bothered to come out to talk to us even though we had been walking around the lot for almost 30 minutes. Their selection was very limited as well. Even the financing part of the experience was pleasant. The finance mgr, Shaka(sp and don't remember his last name) was extremely friendly and knowlegable. Both mem made my son (17) very much a part of the transaction. The entire experience was painless and pleasant. My Kia Sorrento is now a very welcome addition to our family. More

This is the most professional, courteous, timely, friendly, helpful, and customer oriented sales staff that I have ever experienced. By far, this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The salesman that I worked with (Jeff Eller) was even extremely courteous to my son, where other dealers have simply ignored him when I have brought him along. My wife and I visited Orlando Kia North to look at a Kia Soul. We were greeted by Levan Irvin, who was knowledgeable and friendly. We were sold on the car and Levan helped to bring the final price of the car down to what we wanted. When we had to go get a check for the car, he even let us take one of their test drive models because our car's AC was out. Overall we had a great experience from Levan and the rest of the staff.
