I had gone through 2 others who one was nice but couldnt get anything done for me that day and one was a jerk. When I came in on the second day Curtis met me at the door and held it opend for me asking if I get anything done for me that day and one was a jerk. They got me approved for a better vehicle than what I had. On July 16, 2011 I walked into KIA North "WANTING" a new car. The mini-van, as great as it was, didn't fit my single, no children personality. Youssef Amrani was my salesman, he listened to what I wanted and with his knowledge and "No Pressure" lets sit and figure it out, I left with my 2011 Soul! I LOVE IT! Michael DeJesus (Financial) made the process quick and easy and also helped me get the coverage I needed to protect my new car for 10 years, 100,000 miles which is how long I plan on keeping it. Brian, I hope I got the name right, was sitting at the counter working the numbers for my new car when I realized he was the Finance guy who worked my mini-van 3 years ago....and he remembered me!
