VERY RUDE!!! Insulted my trade and then from across he room talked to me about how much my payments would be because I did not have a down payment and asked if I wanted to a 500 monthly payment but talked room talked to me about how much my payments would be because I did not have a down payment and asked if I wanted to a 500 monthly payment but talked to me as if I was a child. When I mentioned the internet 4th of July ads I've seen, all he said is that he would tell the marketing guy it's working. When I told him and the finance guys that I could hear them talking about me and stood up for myself, he handed me my keys back. Do not waste you time with this guy or dearlership. Their used cars are over-priced and POS'S!!! More

I have owned Kia's as my last 2 vehicles. So when my better half was in search of a new vehicle I immediately went to the nearest kia by us which was the Orlando KIA dealership. However we were not ver better half was in search of a new vehicle I immediately went to the nearest kia by us which was the Orlando KIA dealership. However we were not very impressed with the way we were handled there. So I contacted Longwood I purchased my last car there and enjoyed the atmosphere. Well needless to say my better half purchased a brand new Sorento. These people rock! More

Brian Berrios was very professional salesman and he Brian Berrios was very professional salesman and he addressed my issues and questions perfectly and he is the main reason I bought from this dealersh Brian Berrios was very professional salesman and he addressed my issues and questions perfectly and he is the main reason I bought from this dealership, Everyone I met was good and tried hard to please me Terry Grunwald and Chris Hunt too, I do recommend this dealership and these people that work there, They get a 5 out of 5 rating for just the way they treated me alone let alone there knowledge and patients with me being a picky buyer that didn't want to be rushed, It is the best dealer I have dealt with and I have dealt with several in the past Low pressure sales is the main reason I would recommend them, Chris Hunt the finance person was great and treated me fair and took his time with me which has never happened with a finance person to date of buying cars, This dealership is ok to buy with it's got my seal of approval which doesn't come easy. Although they could not find the color I wanted they worked very hard to make me happy. They got me a great deal even though I was upside on my trade in. I have never written a testimonial for a Company even though I have had some great experiences. However, my visit to Orlando Kia North compels me to write this review. In over 40 years of buying new and used cars, I have never, ever had such a positive and un-stressful experience as I recently had at this dealership. From the moment I walked into the showroom it was nothing less than excellent in every way. My sales consultant, Nick Natole, went above and beyond all my expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me. Once I told him what my hopes were for buying a car he stopped at nothing to fulfill my wishes. He got me the most incredible deal, staying completely within my budget. I walked out of there with a car I never thought I would be able to buy that evening.
