The dealership, Orlando Kia North had all the cars on the lot, in the colors. So I was able to look at the one I wanted. The Optima Lx with the convenience package was perfect for me. He is knowable about Kia and their cars and was able to answer all my questions. He has also been very helpful after the sale. When i call him, he answers my questions and always calls me back. I was not really sure about which car I want so Essam was kind and patient enough to show me all the models and the features the cars have. I was really impressed by how nice Kia cars are. I test drove some of them and and I ended up liking the 2014 Forte. it is a really nice car with some features that you can't find in other cars like Toyota or Nissan. I also loved how it drives. I was worried that I do not get approved because I don't have a good credit but thankfully they got me approved and I got the car that I loved for a really good payment. overall I am so happy that I went there and got the car. it was a great dealership and Essam was a really nice honest person.
