Domingo Figueroa, defines Professionalism! IN March, Domingo sold me two, yes two, fantastic KIA SOUL's....in two days. This past week, I was privileged to have him work with my son (and me) i IN March, Domingo sold me two, yes two, fantastic KIA SOUL's....in two days. This past week, I was privileged to have him work with my son (and me) in obtaining a truck for his work. What a beauty. A 2015 Nissan Frontier, with 12,000 miles. My son and I figured this would be out of his range, but we listened to Domingo; asked questions; shared our thoughts and concerns;finally we all went inside to talk. Domingo is an extremely pleasant person. He is friendly, up-front, has a sense of humor, and I believe a very honest man. These traits are hard to find in a salesperson. Well, to make a very long story short, Domingo came to us with the price tag we were hoping to hear. It looked like we were going to drive off the lot in a new/used truck. They took his old truck for a trade-in; gave him a fair price for the trade; asked for a deposit within our means, and the deal was done. Domingo stays with you the whole process. He introduces you to the people you need to deal with; he is there to re-greet you when you finish the business of finance or paper signing; he walks you to the vehicle; asks if your happy or is there anything else he can do for you before you leave; and he stands there to give a farewell wave as you drive off in you new car/truck or van. He is my hero. He is a lesson to be learned by all other salesmen. He meets, greets,smiles, giggles and puts you at ease. He makes the job of a very difficult purchase a very pleasant task. Horrible disgrace to Kia's name! My car's tail light was broken while in the care of general manager Mohammad. I was told oh we dont know who did it. My deposit was refunded anf they still ran the application after i was assured yhey wouldn't. I spoke to the lender and verified that my application was not received until a few days later. Of course I called and they laughed. I spoke to Tim Brown and still have yet to receive a returned call and it has now been 2 months. He was very rude and told me their security cameras were only in gront of the store, not in back where they hold trade ins. Since they neglected to use my car as a trade in. It was left directly in front of their store where the cameras were, which i informed him and then was told thats too long for him to sit and view. The car was with them from 04-04-2015 until 04-11-2015. It was verbally approved by sales rep Mohammad from 04-04-15 until that Monday 04-06-2015 when then gm Mohammad took on responsibility of it and assured me he has held my application for refund and cancallation since my car was not added as a trade in and additional unauthorized packages were added onto my contract. Since then the store has lied about when the GM and Tim Brown are in office. I calland their in a meeting. I call back a couple of hours later and someone else would answer stating they arent in office and its their day off. Next person said they are barely in office and only on variable days, which they werent sure of to gveme they claim. But Tim and Mohammad told me other wise when i last spoke to them. Gm Mohammad now doesnt return any of my calls or messages left on his cell phone and desk phone. More

We told the sales person our situation and they all worked with us to get us in the correct priced car. So we met the payments we could afford.
