He left it up to me to deal with the purchase & I was very afraid. Auto buying can be very stressful and made more unpleasant by pushy, unprofessional & aggressive sales tactics. Needless to say, this is NOT what you will find at Longwood KIA. I was ready to run when I bumped into Jim (GM) who led me to Mike (sales). Within one hour, I'd test driven two cars, was given fantastic financing offers, received better deals than Internet best price/invoice prices and purchased two vehicles. No haggling necessary!!! They even delivered the cars to our home. My husband & I love our new cars. KIA has a wonderful product, & this dealership has exceptional service professionals. They far exceeded our expectations. Mike came to our home on his day off to help us sync the garage & connect it to the home link feature in the car. Had a very good experience. From the time we entered the dealership to signing the papers. My salesperson, Earnest, was very helpful and full of knowledge about the Soul and other cars on the lot. Once we settled on my new Soul, he was very quick and efficient in getting me the deal that I can live with. My husband was with me and does not like to deal with buying a car so we gave Earnest 30 mins to make a deal and he did it. I was very satisfied with the service he gave me. Then it came time to go and sign the papers. Sarah was a great wealth of knowledge and ended up getting my financing with a lower interest rate than first thought and giving me a platium warranty that covers everything. She called me back in with the suprise of getting my interest rate lowered and seemed as excited as I was about it. She went above and beyond what my expectations were. I love my new Kia Soul and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Kia. More
