Service team is courteous and the techs do a professional job, every time. But several weeks ago I was told that parts had been ordered to repair my jammed sunroof. I dropped in to inquire and was told that job, every time. But several weeks ago I was told that parts had been ordered to repair my jammed sunroof. I dropped in to inquire and was told that parts are now available at parts department but scheduling would be done when I return for scheduled oil change. Came for oil change and scheduling wasn't done. Dealership does not seem to have the capacity to handle what appears to be a manufacturing defect. More
Took my 2023 K5 in for a software update and have them change a loose rear right chrome trim which they ordered the wrong part /wasted half of a day.
