Horrible experience. I got a 2018 Kia forte and they waited until I signed papers and had the keys to take the keys back and tell me the car had a recall so they had to k I got a 2018 Kia forte and they waited until I signed papers and had the keys to take the keys back and tell me the car had a recall so they had to keep it for a few days to work on it, put me in a loaner. Then, days after I get the car back the AC goes out, they had the car for about a couple weeks just for the AC and didn’t even have a loaner so I had to go to enterprise down the street for a rental, some of which I had to pay for. To top it off, after I bought the car they took about 4 months to even get me my tag, kept giving me replacement paper tags. The car ended up getting broken into, because Kia’s are crap anyways, so yeah 0/10 horrible experience they just want your money. Didn’t care about me or the car after they got it. Never even sent me official paperwork for the car, I was given a USB drive that only had the warranty info, nothing about the title or a copy of our finance agreement and terms. More
