I don’t think the tire rotations were done since only one tire was more empty than the others and that tire was filled with more air than the others and still in the same spot. I checked the fluid and the wa tire was more empty than the others and that tire was filled with more air than the others and still in the same spot. I checked the fluid and the water was on the minimum and I’m with the hope the oil got changed and the filters too. I would not come back to service my car here unless I need to for a specific part or recall. I know it’s not part of the service but it would be nice to have the car washed when it’s serviced. More

I asked for a full check and specifically the engine I only got an engine check and they told me to fix a couple off stuff which I did and the issue still remained, I paid $218 dollars and I fixed whateve only got an engine check and they told me to fix a couple off stuff which I did and the issue still remained, I paid $218 dollars and I fixed whatever they said and everything still the same, plus they told me that the car have a recall for an update on the system but they didn’t mention anything about doing that or getting it done. Brought my Telluride in for routine maintenance. Upon the dealership returning my vehicle to me, I noticed my driver side back window down. The service guy without explanation offered for me to bring it back for him to take a look. I still am confused about what happened to my window when I came in for an oil change. I believe my vehicle was tampered with due to my reporting of a bad experience with the dealership selling me a vehicle. More

Attempts to resolve this with the salesman were ignored, leaving me disappointed with their post-sale customer service. Transparency and better support would have made this experience much better.
