Terrible Maintenance Service. My brand new car purchased from the same dealer needed major repairs... Communication is non-existent, several calls not answered or returned, several messages ignored. I practically had to beg for a status update and my car took 30 days to be repaired. Tyrone, the spervisor, has no answers and only knows how to feel sorry for my frustration. Jafar, the maintenance manager, doesn't know what's going on in the repair shop. After it was ready and drive tested by the technicians, the car still showed signs of poor service and needed to stay longer. They made me wait for 3 hours until I heard from the technician that he needed 2 hours to check (I had already been there for 3 hours and the car was parked in a corner). They simply don't care. And what's more, three tires needed to be changed, my original tires were Michellin and mysteriously the car came with 4 cheap Pirelli tires... I have no words to express the disappointment. I've never experienced anything like this with a car. I will never want to own a Hyundai again nor will I ever take it back to Hyundai dealer for service. This is the worst communication I've ever came across in any business. It's been almost 2 weeks since I left my car there and I honestly don't know when I'll ever get my car back. I have to make very inconvenient arrangements to get to work everyday. They didn't even offer me a loaner car out of courtesy or even tell "hey go ahead get a rental car and we will reimburse you with the receipts" These people are not even considerate enough to ask how I'm getting by without my vehicle. The very little information they tell me in scarcity (which I'm starting not to believe them), they never follow up. I could go days without hearing any update or to at least tell me "hey we haven't gotten to your vehicle, we're going to do this and this on such date" or "we'll get this done by end of the week latest" I call and call the service advisor who is supposed to be attending to me and never answers his phone. Always goes straight to voicemail. I even call asking to speak to a manager and that goes straight to voicemail. I went in person twice and last thing he told me is "they should get to your vehicle tomorrow". The next day, not a word from them or the day after. WHAT KIND OF OPERATION ARE THESE PEOPLE RUNNING HERE? I already called corporate and made a case with them. I missed one call from them and I call them back to back. I'm still waiting on an update from them. They haven't gave me a follow up call since. I never realized how garbage this company is as a whole. It's not just Greenway; Holler Hyundai is a mess as well. Very disorganized and terrible service. Those cars have serious issues with their engines. Stay away from this place and vehicle. Worst service department ever, brought my 2023 Elantra Hybrid in for its 15k mile service, had an appointment at 11:40 am, and I didn’t pick up my car until after 5:10pm after being told it would only tak Hybrid in for its 15k mile service, had an appointment at 11:40 am, and I didn’t pick up my car until after 5:10pm after being told it would only take 2 hours. Over 4 hours to get my car serviced….for a simple oil change and 15k mile service….over 4 hours!!!!! Word of advice run, run fast like your life depends on it from this dealership and take your car to a different Hyundai dealership in the orlando area that values customers time, otherwise be prepared to wait ALL Day at this disgusting, time wasting dealership and their even more disgusting, disrespectful, pathetic, service department. I would rather have my Hyundai fall apart with the tires fall off and the engine blow up than come back to this place. I wouldn’t even send my mother to this dealership…and I hate my mother. Run as fast as you can away from this dealership. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
