I have had my car there from May 2nd until now which is July 1st. My timing chain had gone bad and they have yet to even relay the damages and Information the warrenty. 2 months and I still don't know if m July 1st. This place is ridiculous, I've contacted the Manger several times and got no response I try to contact my mechanic and he leaves Me with no answer most of the times. I'm fed up with this location and I do not recommend. They even messed up writting down the information to be given to the warrenty and had to put my old engine back together after taking it apart which made this process even longer. Very unprofessional. Tired of going there in person for them to tell me they'll get it done and it doesn't get done. More
I previously gave 5 stars for my purchase but feel the need to review again. I went back into the dealership to have a repair done to my 2016 Hyundai Elantra and the experience was wonderful! If you need a repair, the service department is friendly, fair, and knowledgeable. If you need a new car- I just bought the Santa Fe XRT and it’s amazing- ask for Woody! He is awesome!!!! More
