I had a very smooth, hassle-free purchase experience with Jorge Cavero. I really only came in for an oil change, but ended up driving away in a brand-new car that had more features than my previous car, and Jorge Cavero. In addition, I got a lower monthly payment, a lower interest rate on my loan, a better extended warranty AND gap insurance on the new car! Why WOULDN'T I trade my old car, even though it was only 15 months old! More

Chuck McIntosh is the service manager at Orlando Hyundai. I have been taking my cars there since 2002. He is easy to access; never too busy to answer my questions. He has helped me numerous times before. I have been taking my cars there since 2002. He is easy to access; never too busy to answer my questions. He has helped me numerous times before. This time I needed his help on a repair that was covered under the great 10-year, 100,000-mile power train warranty, two months before my car was going to be 10 years old. It involved several hundred dollars. But, because of his assistance in obtaining the proper authorization needed to approve this type of repair, (which was a matter that was never encountered by him before), the repair was approved as covered under the power train warranty. This is one of the many reasons I buy Hyundai cars from, and use the service department of, Orlando Hyundai and its extraordinary service department under the supervision of its terrific service manager, Chuck McIntosh. More
I have brought my two Hyundai cars in for service at Orlando Hyundai for many years. Salim Meliani has gone out of his way to help me on many occasions, as well as this recent visit, even though he' Orlando Hyundai for many years. Salim Meliani has gone out of his way to help me on many occasions, as well as this recent visit, even though he's not a service adviser. He helps the service advisers when they are too busy to get to a customer right away. Salim wrote me up for service on Saturday, June 18, 2011, while the service adviser was working with another customer. He helped me out on Thursday, June 16, 2011, when my car had something that was not working properly; and he fixed it for me. But Salim has helped me many times in the past for these type of things. He used to be an auto technician, and now he uses that experience to help the service advisers and the customers; and he also now works in the inventory department. He's always friendly and right there to assist the customers so they don't have to wait around waiting for the right help. More

You are very lucky to have an employee like Eric. Not only is he very courteous, he went out of his way the last visit I had to keep me up to date and comfortable during my stay there. I was there from about 7:30am until about 3:30pm having maintenance on my vehicle and he kept reminding me that he could provide me with a car so I didn't have to wait around there. He also tried to get me lunch while I was waiting. Those things probably don't mean much to most, but since I have worked in a customer service industry for 25 years, it was nice to know that someone else valued my time as much as I do. It's often the little things that we take for granted that are the ones that are truly appreciated. Many can learn that customer service is not dead in this economy with people like him. Thank him for me again and tell him with people like him, it will be the reason I return to have my vehicle taken care of there! More

This is the first deal taken great car of my 2004 Hyundai XG350L at Orlando Hyundai. I have dealt with many auto service departments over the years. This is the first dealership I've had my car serviced at frequently where I am not questioning if I got "ripped off". I have never felt Allyn or Eric recommended unnecessary repairs. They have honor guarantees and warranties that I did not even know I was entitled to. My car has about 95,000 miles on it and it drives smoother than a lot of new cars. I have spent thousands of dollars less on maintaining my Hyundai than I have for any other car I have owned in the past 30 years. "Thank you Allyn and Eric for the great service!" Trish B. More
