Casey, service advisor, at Greenway Hyundai was super pleasant. I had a 9:20am appointment, I arrived 5 minutes early for a standard synthetic oil change. The service tech that handled my recall repairs was very nice. My wait time had been given as 2 hours, but it turned out to be only 1 hour and 20 min.
