I can always find a day or time which fits into my schedule As soon as you drive in an associate is there to greet me. Everything is explained to me from the start including the price. The waiting area is pleasant with complementary coffee and snacks which is important if you are waiting an hour or more. Once the work is done the car is washed before being returned to you. All of this is very important to me and is why I return to Orlando Hyundai for service. More

The servicing of my car became an extended project and timeframe, but Darryl I just want you to know that Darryl's customer service was exceptional. The servicing of my car became an extended project and timeframe, but Darryl kept in touch and updated me on everything. He arranged for a car rental while I was unable to use my car and made my life worry free. He also took care of the maintenance coverage that I have on my vehicle and went out of his way to make sure everything went well for me. He should be commended on his job performance. He has redeemed Hyundai, as my first experience with Hyundai when I purchased my car was horrendous and decided it was the first and last time I would consider Hyundai for another vehicle. If and when I decide to purchase another vehicle in the future I would consider Hyundai once again, due to my recent experience. A big thank you to Darryl More

Do not remember not available The only comment is that when I came to pick up my vehicle there was one other customer in front of me at the payment window and one cashier. There wa The only comment is that when I came to pick up my vehicle there was one other customer in front of me at the payment window and one cashier. There was a very long and personal conversation going on between an employee and the customer the wait time was at least 10 to 15 minutes which I felt was way too long there was a gentleman at the service desk that tried to get someone else to assist me, but it took a couple attempts before a second person came to the window. The disappointing part was that the employee talkie to the customer in front of me made no attempt to recognize that fact that I was waiting a longer than usual time to check out and made no attempt to expedite the situation. She was more concerned with the customer in front of me because he was a repeat customer and had purchased several vehicles from this establishment. It just made me feel less important as a customer More
