Can't even change a tire Every year this dealer service goes down hill. My last service was abysmal. Had an appointment for new tires and oil change. Although it was a Genesis, under warranty, they said it would take all day. No there was no loaner. After 9 hours I was driven back to the dealership. The car wasn't quite ready yet. Received the car, dirty from the gravel in the service drive. They charged for washing it. Car tire went flat on the way home. Returned the next day. Two more hours. They forgot to fully tighten the valve stem. You can buy a luxury car, but at hyundai, you don't buy a luxury experience. More
Why does Hyundai allow dealers to provide 2nd rate service? Pulled in to the service center with a 2015 Genesis to have them look at the navigation system which was not responding to voice commands. Sat forever waiting for a service manager to acknowledge I was there (must have mistaken me for a potted plant). This dealership appears to have nobody knowledgable about the Genesis Navigation System. Their response was to tell me that they'd do some research with Hyundai to see if there have been any software updates and call me back. Never heard from them again. Which is what's going to happen to them when I need my car serviced. Having said that, the service center ratings of Hyundai delearships in Orlando, with the exception of Hollor, appear to be mediocre at best. People who buy premium cars don't expect lousy service. I would hope Hyundai gets its act together and starts shutting down dealers with unacceptable ratings and starts requiring dealers to spend capital putting in world class centers. More

I had to drop my car early in the morning and the night dep box did not have envelopes:; I looked around and found a little piece of paper where I wrote my name and phone number and I squeezed into the key ring and dropped it in the slot. John found the piece of paper stucked in there and called me for details , he could barely make out my hasty handwriting but his extra Care saved the day. Also, the parts counter guy, very nicely searched prices for items I may need. The parts department is NOT clearly marked but he helped me find it. I did not catch his name , thanks. As I mentioned, a dealership may have the greatest sales team but is is the service and parts department that keeps me coming, by the way, the coffee machine is broken :( Liliana More
Flat tire Took my 2015 Genesis in for New tires and oil change. Also needed to change a turning signal. I was told it would take 3 hours so they should take me home and drive me back. When I bought the Genesis I was told there would always be a loaner car. At 5:30, 9 hours later, the picked me up. When I went out to the car the next morning one of the tires was flat. I pumped it up and returned it. Two hours later it was returned, because it was "expedited". They said it was a defective valve stem, I.E. they didn't screw it back in. It had to be defective so they could charge Hyundai for the repair. Orlando Hyundai is not only incompetent, but also crooked. More
Bad customer service I have had my Hyundai Sonata for over a year. Every time I need my vehicle serviced I bring it to this dealer. Every time I have been through service I have had my Hyundai Sonata for over a year. Every time I need my vehicle serviced I bring it to this dealer. Every time I have been through service it is terrible customer service. One time I waited over two hours for just an oil change. Every time you leave the vehicle there and then call to check on it to see if it's ready you can never get a hold of someone or they transfer you to the wrong person. Today when I picked up my car for 60,000 mile maintenance it was very expensive for one thing and they pulled up the wrong vehicle for me when my car was ready. Then they couldn't even pull my right vehicle around to me they made me go through a bunch of cars with my key trying to check to see which one was mine. In my mind it should've already been pulled up for me considering I spent about $600 on service. I will never buy from this dealer again. It is terrible every time I have to go through the service department. The last time when I had my car tires rotated they put something on backwards so the car was driving wrong the whole time. The service manager had to get involved and fix it himself. He was very apologetic but it should've never happened to begin with . Every time there seems to be problems With this place . More
Orlando Hyundai is very professional! I just bought my 2017 Tucson last night with Suzie Clark. I will not go anywhere else when shopping for a car! The staff at Orlando Hyundai are very professional. Suzie is the person I ask for and has no problem answering any of my questions about the car. She helped me get everything set up before leaving and made sure I knew how the navigation worked, etc. I am very happy with my purchase and when my lease is up I will be going back to her again for my next car. More
3+ Hours I scheduled an early appointment because the last time I came to get an oil change the wait was 4 hours even with an appointment. Two days of work missed for nothing. I would not recommend this service station. You could buy a car faster than they can change the oil. More

Regular service appointment I have been bringing my car for service since day one with Darryl. Even though he was completely booked up for the day and I was scheduled with anothe I have been bringing my car for service since day one with Darryl. Even though he was completely booked up for the day and I was scheduled with another Technician, he made room in his schedule to take care of my car. I appreciated this very much. He has serviced my car since day one and ensures I keep up with my regular maintenance. He is very pleasant to conduct business with regarding my car. More
