This dealership has gone above and beyond for me, especially Josh in the service department. Unfortunately I had one of cars that had faulty primer. I have had areas of my car repainted several times especially Josh in the service department. Unfortunately I had one of cars that had faulty primer. I have had areas of my car repainted several times. This last time Hyundai did not approve it, but Josh was persistent and it was finally approved. He is friendly, returns phone call, and is a very hard worker. He is a valuable employee to have working with you. More

DO NOT support this business! I bought a brand new vehicle in July that had a check engine light after only 3000 miles! I took my vehicle to the gas station to fill with gas b I bought a brand new vehicle in July that had a check engine light after only 3000 miles! I took my vehicle to the gas station to fill with gas before carrying it in to be check and it did not start at the pump. I got the vehicle towed to the dealership which I have yet to be reimbursed for and they refused to provide me a loaner whiles they diagnose what could be wrong with the car. I called the service department looking for answers and was met with lack of phone etiquette and put on hold for so long that the phone call dropped multiple times and you have to call back and start the process of incompetence again. When I finally was able to speak with someone I was informed it may take weeks for my vehicle to be looked at because towed vehicles are considered walk-ins and are not given priority. I immediately asked to speak with the service manager Jay Ferrel and the dealership owner Ken Sidana to no avail. How am I supposed to get to work or take my child to and from school if it takes weeks for the vehicle to be seen? This type of customer service or lack thereof is completely unacceptable. How could you inconvenience your customer with a brand new vehicle based on policies and procedures that do not fit all situations? I cannot wait to get rid of this vehicle and would never support this dealership again! I DO NOT recommend! More
