OH! What a place to deal! I traded a 2010 Hyundai Accent, purchasing a 2016... Justin, Nigel, Beth and Warren (There was one other gentleman, in the service department, I do not recall his name.) were all excellent! I was expecting to buy another vehicle this year, but it was a no-brainer to go Hyundai and purchase from Orlando Hyundai. More

I would like to start by saying that Cliff Wilson was my salesperson and he sets the standard as to what it is to be a salesperson that genuinely cares about the customer’s needs. I am the type of customer that does not really care about that 8x11 sheet of paper that is brought out to show me “numbers” – I care about the bottom line which is the monthly payment and getting the features that I desire in a vehicle; especially, in my case, going from a Santa Fe to a Sonata. My credit score and the fact that I had my Santa Fe for only two years, made it a bit challenging to make my bottom line a reality but here is what Cliff did for me - He took the time to educate me regarding those “numbers” and what they meant so that I can better understand my monthly payment. To be honest, Cliff didn’t sell me a car. He sold me a darn good deal and that is what made the car more attractive because I saw where I could afford it. He didn’t stop there. He dropped some more knowledge on me in regards to ways that I can possibly obtain a better credit score in a year so that I can refinance my vehicle to get a better interest rate and lower my payments. I experienced a few hiccups and sad faces throughout the purchasing process but Rick, with his customer-driven self, put a smile back on my face. All these things combined, made me feel really good about my purchase before, during, and after the sale. I’m not going to leave out everyone on the team that contributed to this awesome deal – To Walter and Mike in Finance, Nigel - Gary, Kyle, and Billy on the front line. Thank you for exercising patience in making it all happen for me. You made it possible when I thought it was impossible. The only improvement that I can honestly suggest, is that everyone should communicate with each other a little more effectively; especially, in the Service area. As a customer, I felt like the right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing most of the time. In my case, it didn’t matter because I am a satisfied customer – Another customer might not feel the same way. Rick already has an awesome team. Making improvements on how communication is executed between salespeople, customers, and other areas will set Orlando Hyundai at the top. More
