How to fail a dedicated Hyundai customer, post sale. Lack of attention to detail after the sale, just makes a happy customer 'go south' very quickly: -promised full gas tank. Missed this on delivery (that's OK as it was late in the evening), but no follow-through upon 2nd attempt at the dealership. -door scratch...highlighted but no fix in process...attempting to ignore this so it will be forgotten -Visor stains....highlighted but no fix in process....attempting to ignore this so it will be forgotten -didn't' understand where, how, and who would be doing a trailer hitch install on a vehicle that is over 1 year old. REALLY? I'm the first doing such an install. OK, maybe, but at least keep me informed of what is happening when we are doing things in an unusual manner. This dealership hid these "lack of awareness" problems from me, hoping I won't notice -bummer damage from trailer hitch installation....didn't identify this problem and now ignoring it so as to hope it will be forgotten More

Brief description of my experience I had been interested in the Genesis vehicle for some time and was reviewing the features and cost on line. As a result Richard from Orlando Hyundai I had been interested in the Genesis vehicle for some time and was reviewing the features and cost on line. As a result Richard from Orlando Hyundai called and asked me to come in. I went to the dealership and ask for Richard and we sat at a table and I described the type vehicle that i was interested in. He asked about a trade in and I showed him my 2012 Sonata limited. He then showed me the car of the color and equipment that I wanted. We took a short test drive and we came back to the dealership and began to negotiate the cost difference. While I paid a little more than I expected to pay, I am happy with the results. More
