Needed a small car My former car kept getting scratched on the sides when entering and leaving my tiny condo garage, and I wanted something that would fit more easily. Sales department is SUPERB and made my purchase easy! I have leased a lot of cars during the past 20+ years and have jumped around many different dealerships in Orlando. I've leased from Audi, Lexus, Hyun I have leased a lot of cars during the past 20+ years and have jumped around many different dealerships in Orlando. I've leased from Audi, Lexus, Hyundai, Honda, Nissan, Jeep, Mazda and more. Not many dealership new car sales departments truly stand out as much as Orlando Hyundai. My business with Orlando Hyundai (or OH for short) was incredibly honest and fair. I tend to do my research ahead of time and have learned alot about dealerships and leasing over the years. My quest for two new vehicles began over the internet with two days ago with a quick response from Richard, a salesman at OH. The emails back and forth were quick and comprehensive. Later that same day I received a phone call from another salesman named Glen who addressed all my concerns and assured me that my trip to the dealership would not be a waste of time. The next day (yesterday as of this writing) I visited at 9am sharp. The early bird catches the worm and I got to speak directly in length with one of the best sales managers I've ever run across. His name is Gary. I can honestly say that OH makes an strong effort to determine exactly what will make you happy in regards to vehicle and financing. I know that many strings were pulled for my deal and I can't thank OH enough for the end result. I'm super pleased with my 2 new cars and even more pleased at how little haggling I had to do.
