Kudos to everyone on the floor, and all the Staff for excellent work! Also appreciated the diligent work of getting my funds transferred safely and accurately. My ONLY CRITICISM is with your bilingual Spanish reception/operator... those ladies need more training on how to handle very important information/requests. Perhaps a re-coaching or intensive "customer service" training course would help. I used to work at Disney, and these ladies would benefit from learning how & what true Excellent Customer Service Phone Operator conduct and service should be like the way they have at Disney. More

I met with Suzie Clark and told her what I was looking for and the price range I am willing to pay per month. I test drove a new Hyundai Accent and loved everything about it. Not once did I feel pressured to make a deal. Suzie was amazing and even set me up for my first oil change later this year with Jay from the service department. I strongly recommend going to Orlando Hyundai if you are looking for a new or used car. I know my family will! More
