Bait and Switch I was contacted by Orlando Hyundai via the KBB Instant Cash Offer program as they were one of several dealerships that offered to buy my trade at a pr I was contacted by Orlando Hyundai via the KBB Instant Cash Offer program as they were one of several dealerships that offered to buy my trade at a predetermined KBB price based on my vin, mileage, equipment, etc. Additionaly, I was aware of the dealership as i had leased a Hyundai Genesis from them 5 years ago, but my sales manager (Jason) was no longer there and had since moved to Acura. The dealership reached out quickly after I submitted my interest in the program. We scheduled a time and I came into the dealership. The salesperson (Suzie) that contacted me was in showroom when I arrived for my appointment. However, after two minutes, she had to handle a delivery and vanished. I headed out to the lot to see the vehicle we had discussed (Hyundai Santa Fe SE Ultimate) via email and phone and that she urged me to come in and look at. I quickly realized that they didn't have the vehicle. Another salesman (Jerado) came and found me on the lot at Suzie's urging. He could not locate the vehicle we had discussed or any vehicle with that package. While I was there however, they did appraise my car in person and gave me a written appraisal higher than the KBB Instant Cash Offer by almost $400. My excitement was short lived. A week later Suzie reached out again via email and said they would still buy my car for the appraised price and included the number in the email. I told her I wanted to go forward with the transaction and asked for a time to come in. 24 hours later she emailed me saying she had made a mistake and that the price was now $1000 less since I wasn't buying their car. I told her they are free to adjust their price, but they should still match the KBB Instant Cash Offer they had agreed to. Suzie said her manager said they could not. These type of bait and switch tactics are what give car dealers a bad name and reputation. The salesperson at Orlando Hyundai wasn't available during the time we agreed to, didn't have the car she said they had, and didn't honor either their appraisal price or the KBB Instant Cash Offer price they agreed to that hadn't expired. Terrible tactics and approach. Clearly, the dealership is using the KBB program as a lead generation tool with no interest in buying your car unless you buy theirs. Their intentions are not above board or ethical. They should not be participating in a program they had no intention of honoring. I would not recommend the dealership and will not consider them for any transaction going forward. More

They do not respect the customer in any way at all. I went to buy a new car and before showing me the car they wanted me to get my finances cleared. I said I would want to look at the car first before going over the finances and they wouldnt agree. They came to me with a quote which I felt was a rip off. I asked them if they had any offers or discounts that I am not aware of and that somehow annoyed them. They told me to buy the car from some other dealer if I wanted discounts. I couldnt believe my ears. I said what? They said ya, you heard us right, GET OUT. I was astonished. I was told to get out just for asking if there are any discounts available. This place is unbelievable. Guys stay away from this place More
