Lease Rules I do believe that Orlando Hyundai was upfront and honest, however, I was very displeased to learn about my lease end turn in... When I leased my 2013 I do believe that Orlando Hyundai was upfront and honest, however, I was very displeased to learn about my lease end turn in... When I leased my 2013 Azera, I feel like I was misled by King Hyundai in Deerfield Beach. I was led to believe there would be some wiggle room on the mileage over fees and wear and tear, as long as I leased or bought another vehicle. Instead, I learned from Orlando Hyundai that none of that was true and now I'm completely screwed and now thousands of dollars in debt based on my lease turn in. Again, I'm not complaining about Orlando Hyundai... My gripe is with King Hyundai, because I was verbally told something that made me sign that lease. Why else would I have agreed to lease the car from a dealership that was 250 miles from home, if I was worried about being charged $0.20 per mile?? More

I can't speak highly enough of the overall experience. In the process of getting a repair completed, I can't speak highly enough of the staff. Everyone was amazing and I felt truly went above and beyond. They all seem to really enjoy what they do and it shows. Everyone was laughing and smiling. Over the week of purchasing and fixing a minor ding, I dealt with Terin, Glenn, Kyle, Gerry, Allan & the ladies at the Cashier's desk. I am sure I have missed someone as everyone went out of their way to say hello and check in to make sure that I was taken care of. I also was sent for a rental. There's not one person that I could speak negative about (including the independent car rental staff. They spoke highly of OH too). This is possibly the best team that they could have assembled. In the week that I have had the car, I have told everyone that would listen how great the experience was. Turns out, I may have been the last in Orlando to know! I will be back the next time I am in the market. More
