Excellent Sales Process for Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai! Professional across the board. I was looking to add a car for our family after we moved to Orlando from California. I did my research and decided to b Professional across the board. I was looking to add a car for our family after we moved to Orlando from California. I did my research and decided to break tradition and not buy a new car or lease one. After setting my budget, I shopped Craigslist, CarMax, KBB, Cars.com, you name it. I landed on getting a Hyundai. After test driving a bunch and getting used to the sneaky Florida sales tradition of posting the "no haggle price" with astericks for other fees (dealer doc, tag, title, sales tax), I ended up at Orlando Hyundai. The Sales team was courteous and professional. They were also patient with me as I dug into the details of CPO - Certified Pre Owned and extended warranties. At the end of the price discussion, they gave me a clear picture of my out the door costs. And...we did the deal! The financing manager laid all the terms out clearly. I paid cash, so most of my questions were about the warranty and expectations in that area. He was thorough and clearly answered all of my questions. Since I drove there alone, I thought I would have to get home, pickup my wife, 20-minutes away and drive back. Instead, the salesman, Ramon offered to drive my new (to me) car back to my house, following me there. Great service and more than I expected. Thanks again Ramon! This is my first time buying a used car in 16 years, and first ever from a dealer. I was impressed with the team at Orlando Hyundai, and while I'm still in the early stages of Hyundai ownership, my initial impressions are great! More

Not very happy I was not very happy with the sales manager. I was driving my wife's vehicle when I made the purchase. I explained to him that my wife would need to d I was not very happy with the sales manager. I was driving my wife's vehicle when I made the purchase. I explained to him that my wife would need to drop me off the next day in order the drive the new car home. The sales manager instead that I leave with the new care NOW. I ended up having the sales person follow me home (15 miles away), taken him back to the dealership and then drive back home. If I had known about the pushiness of the sales manager, I would not have even gone thru with the purchase. Something needs to be done about his attitude towards customers or you will loss business. Not sure if I will ever be back. More
