You can avoid one. The dealer fees here are insane. Be ready to have about 2 grand tacked onto the price of a car. Part of those fees are supposed to be for vehicle "reconditioning." Salesman Rob Brown told me Greenway insists that no used vehicle leaves with less than 50% use left in parts like brakes, tires, wipers etc. Yet an independent tire dealer measured only 40% use left on the rear tires. And the tire dealer noted possible alignment problems on the front tires. Their 150 point inspection of a used vehicle is a joke. Plus, they list features the car doesn't have online and on the sticker. This affects the value of the car. And means you'll pay more than you should. They could have done the right thing by simply replacing two tires but apparently that would have cut way too deep into their obscene dealer fee profit. The sales manager showed no concern for anything other than his bottom line. They couldn't even get the color of the car right on the bill of sale. There are plenty of other places from where to buy a car. More

Wasn't pleasant visit this time, when I got my car no advisor went over paperwork to let me know what I would need done next time so I probably won't come back again. advisor went over paperwork to let me know what I would need done next time so I probably won't come back again. More
Excellent experience. Ricky is the best salesman. I could not be happier with the entire process. When the general manager Ken Sidena greeted me, that made me feel like he really cared. I believe it’s from the lack of knowledge and caring and the want to upse This is the first time I have ever gotten poor service from this dealership. I believe it’s from the lack of knowledge and caring and the want to upsell by the service advisor. I took my vehicle in for a number of concerns to be addressed. I have a warranty that I purchased through the dealer when I purchased the car. And wanted to get things in line before the warranty expired. I bought the Vehicle and the warranty through this dealership. List of issues I wanted addressed... - Windshield wiper motor noise. The actual motor was making a squealing sound. - A/C would intermittently blow cold or warm air. This would happen even at highway speed going 70mph with cruise control. - Excessive engine vibration at idle and certain RPM’s. Car would shake so bad if I had a full beverage it would spill. - Steering acted funny. Would not correctly adjust the feedback based on speed. (Electronically assisted steering) There had been a previous issue and the steering components were replaced. This issue happened immediately after that service. Approximately 5 months prior. Hard with busy schedules to bring in a vehicle to drop off. Outcome of said issues... - windshield wiper motor noise. The adviser said I needed Hyundai branded windshield wipers....? How does it make any sense. The motor is making the noise. Not the actual wipers. Gimmick to try and up-sell! I tried to explain that it wasn’t the wipers. Advisor said I would have to purchase the wipers and then if the noise persists they can look further into it. - A/C issue. The advisor said the blower motor was noisy. And said they ordered the part to replace it. The blower motor has nothing to do with the actual temperature of the air. I have no idea why they did this... the issue still remains. - Excessive engine vibrations. I asked for them to check out the motor mounts... the advisor came back and said that my spark plugs were the wrong kind and I had carbon buildup on my throttle body. The spark plugs were just replaced with factory NGK laser Iridium plugs two months ago to try and see if that was the issue. I did this at 60K miles, car had 63K when I dropped it off. I also did a can of sea foam through the intake and throttle body. The throttle body is sparkly clean and brand new plugs were is installed and properly gapped to .044. Advisor still tried to tell me they were wrong. He didn’t even know his own OEM parts. This was infuriating to say the least. And nothing was actually addressed with this issue. - Funny acting steering. The advisor asked my I waited so long to bring up the issue. I said “life” and my wife drives the car. That’s it. She doesn’t pay attention to how it actually drives. But I noticed when I drive. The advisor proceeded to say that my steering wheel was off center and that I had a bent wheel. He proceeded to say that I needed to rotate and balance the wheels along with getting an alignment. How does this fix a bent wheel number one. Number two when you drive up to the service lane they connect a machine and check alignment. The advisor showed me the print off with all green indicators and showing the alignment with in specs. And now he tells me I need an alignment. Fishy to say the least. I tried to explain the issue started right after the original fix and that originally I don’t even think an alignment was done because the service invoice didn’t show it was. The advisor argued its part of the labor of installing the new components. I find this highly doubtful as when you charge and aftermarket warranty company you have to have an itemized list of services completed to get paid. Again. The issue was not resolved at all. After all this I told the advisor go ahead and do the blower motor. And don’t mess with anything else. Well the next day the advisor calls and leaves a message and says we found a faulty wheel speed sensor...and performed the additional service with out me giving consent/approval to do so. He also included the price of my warranty deductible ($100) and then says I did you a favor and didn’t charge you a diagnostic fee... this baffles me as number one. The warranty would have covered any fee and two when you get the work done the diagnostic fee is applied towards the bill. I felt like this service advisor was dishonest and slimy. And didn’t address any of my concerns and only wanted to up-sell a service. His attitude was pretty xxxx poor as well. Not friendly at all. More
