Chuck McIntosh is the service manager at Orlando Hyundai. I have been taking my cars there since 2002. He is easy to access; never too busy to answer my questions. This time I needed his help on a repair that was covered under the great 10-year, 100,000-mile power train warranty, two months before my car was going to be 10 years old. It involved several hundred dollars. But, because of his assistance in obtaining the proper authorization needed to approve this type of repair, (which was a matter that was never encountered by him before), the repair was approved as covered under the power train warranty. This is one of the many reasons I buy Hyundai cars from, and use the service department of, Orlando Hyundai and its extraordinary service department under the supervision of its terrific service manager, Chuck McIntosh. Sales was perfect!!! Everybody was so noce except for the lady at the end in financing. It is my choice if I wanted the gap coverage. If that makes her upset that is not my problem and she did not have to sh lady at the end in financing. It is my choice if I wanted the gap coverage. She left a bad taste in my mouth after the first good car sales experience I've ever had. It was dissapoiting.
