I abosolutely love my vehicle, and it was a pleasure working with salesmen Mike and Rory! The only downside of this experience is that once I purchased my 2012 Hyundai and we began setting up all of working with salesmen Mike and Rory! The only downside of this experience is that once I purchased my 2012 Hyundai and we began setting up all of the features, I discovered that my T-Mobile MyTouch phone (purchased February 2011) does not seem to work with my Bluelink system. You can imagine how frustrating this is, especially since I have already paid for the program. (And, because the Bluelink system apparently works with phones from back in 2006! Frustrating!). I am hoping that Hyudai can solve this for me, immediately. If friends and family are in the market for a new car, I will gladly recommend the friendly sales team at Hyudai, although at this time, I cannot support the Bluelink system. One area that we were disappointed in was when we were presented the paperwork. The paperwork was missing numbers. We returned the next day to purchase the car and there was an additional $1,000 in dealership fees that were not previously presented to us. They stated that it was a computer error and met us half way however the percepetion was that we were there and ready to buy and now they were adding on fees at the last minute. They did help to remedy the situation but as an organization I would be truly concerned about the reputation of the company when errors like this occur. This is a severe problem! This was not Frank's error it was a computer problem. More

They met my request for trade in amount, the car was already marked down, and they got me in and out of the deal very quickly because I had to leave for work. Great experience with final sales! I came to the dealership in the afternoon to look at inventory. I approched the counter to inquire about hybrids and was told that they were out in the lot, but wa dealership in the afternoon to look at inventory. I approched the counter to inquire about hybrids and was told that they were out in the lot, but was not asked if I needed help. (Single woman?) I was there for about an hour or so, in and out, looking at vehicles, and no one approached me to see if I needed any assistance. Admittedly, the dealership was extremely busy as it was Labor Day weekend. But as I was leaving, Tito stopped me in the parking lot and asked if anyone was helping me. I told him "no", but that there was a vehicle I was very interested in. He gave me his business card. I returned later with my husband and asked for Tito. Our final sales experience was very pleasant, good #'s on trade-in and final cost. I will say that we got a bit of "hard sell" on the extended Platinum warranty fron Sam (even after we were standing outside waiting for our car). "No thanks" means no thanks. Over all - great! More
