we my wife and i purchased a 2008 hyuandai sonata from this dealership we put a downpayment on the vehicle were approved by the bank and did all the necesary paper work when we arrived a few days later t this dealership we put a downpayment on the vehicle were approved by the bank and did all the necesary paper work when we arrived a few days later to pick up our vehicle we found out they had sold it to some one else and then they tried to sell us an 2012 accent to make up for what they did i would not recommend my worst enemy to even buy a part from there we ended up going to classic Mazda and purchasing our vehicle there now classic Mazda is where u want to buy a car the people are friendly and honest. Two weeks later, I went to my first Hyundai dealership – Orlando Hyundai. I was not looking forward to dealing with pushy salesmen that are normally associated with car dealerships, but did want to compare new vehicle pricing with used/certified. I was pleasantly surprised with the efficient, friendly service I received. My family and I were immediately greeted upon arrival. Joel Himmel was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai cars he showed me and pointed out features I otherwise would not have known about had he not been so thorough when showing me the different models and actively working to see what I wanted and needed. Janet Benni was great handling the paperwork portion of the transaction and was very understanding when she realized how nervous I was. I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle that day. David Menne sealed the deal that night in putting my last minute jitters to rest. My children and I are enjoying our first Hyundai! More

I think everyone we came in contact with knew at that time we were happy with them.We did however have a problem with the the way we viewed the estimated or purchase prices were presented in print.J.J. d time we were happy with them.We did however have a problem with the the way we viewed the estimated or purchase prices were presented in print.J.J. did an excellent job of presenting them , however we let some of the items get by us.The layout was fine we were there a little long and I guess we got a little tunnel vision.The problem was we didn't notice this until the next day,that was the only disapointment we have. I would like to say thank you Orlando Hyndai for making my purchase a very pleasent experiance. It first started when i arrived on the property and was greeted by Mr. Oliver he was very professional, conc my purchase a very pleasent experiance. It first started when i arrived on the property and was greeted by Mr. Oliver he was very professional, concerned with delivering the type of vehicle i needed for my family after a few types of vehicle i looked at i seattled on the Santa Fe. Every question i asked he was able to asnwer and the ones he wasn't sure of he was assisted by Mr. Glenn Bean who was very knowledgeabl about all vehicles. Between the two of them all my doubts about this vehicle was gone. They were not aware but i visited four other dealers before coming to Orlando Hyndai (KIA, FORD, CHEVY & MAZDA but felt very confortable with these salemen. I would also like to give a great job well done to Mrs Janet Benni who eased my mind with the financing work she did. she was very professional opened my eyes to the advanteges of having the Gap insurence she explained eveything in complete detail wasn't pushy like other dealerships and very pleasent to talk to you could tell she loves what she does you have a great person working for you. Finally i would diffinitly buy another vehicle from Orlando Hyndai in the future. More
RJ was a great salesman to work with. We were in the dealership for close to 6 hours and he stayed patient and positive through the whole experience. I understand he is not a salesperson but his attitude the entire meeting was tired and annoyed. He complained about the store being busy and him having a lot to get done. That experience could have been better. More
Susie and RJ were helpful, very knowledgeable, and professional. The only criticism was that we purchased on a Sunday and there was only 1 finance manager working. My son first visited Orlando Hyundai to shop for a new Genesis. He found one he liked and contacted me by phone since I live in St. Petersburg, Florida, which is about two hours away. My son is a broke college student and needed my help to purchase a new car. I first started my research by going online. I found the dealerships web site to be very thorough and easy to navigate. I was quite impressed to find the dealerships entire inventory of Genesis models listed and located the exact car my son was interested in. Everything about the car seemed to be at my finger tips, listing all the standard features and options. The site even listed the MSRP and a dealer online discount price. My online experience and follow up emails from the online sales department, prompted me to call the dealership and was introduced to RJ Compton. He was very polite, knowledgeable, helpful, non-aggressive and made me feel very much at ease from the beginning of our conversation. R.J invited me to the dealership and demonstrated each and every feature of the vehicle to the point where I felt I knew everything about the car. At the point of sale we negotiated a bit and it really appeared that R.J. was on my side and had my best interest in mind. He presented my low ball offer to his manager, who turned out to be a very nice gentleman himself and we quickly were able to come to a compromise. From there, the sales paperwork was handled very quickly and efficiently so we were able to hand the keys of a brand new Genesis to my son that same day. The whole process turned out to be a very pleasant and fruitful experience. More
