Exceptional service team! I recently took my Ford Fusion to Greenway Ford to have a recall taken care of. One of the service techs named Woody, was so awesome to work with! He patiently took the time to explain what would be done to my vehicle as well helped me get a rental for the day. Everyone at Greenway Ford was professional and kind. Great Service with a Personal Touch Yesterday, dealing with Mathew Simmerman at Greenway Ford was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have had many in my 62 years. I h Yesterday, dealing with Mathew Simmerman at Greenway Ford was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have had many in my 62 years. I have always dreaded dealing with car salesman, so much so I would even put off buying a vehicle as long as I could. Mathew was polite, no high pressure sales for extra add-ons I did not want, and he got me out the door in an hour and a half. He went above and beyond expectations holding the vehicle till I could get there knowing I had to drive 150 miles and fast tracking the process to get me back on the road before dark. He also helped me out to get my old vehicle donated to charity. I highly recommend Mathew and appreciate the personal touch he added to my car buying experience. More

While at the bank trying to get a final price on a vehicle I called twice at different times of the day and the receptionist "Leila" and "Nicole" favorite game seems to be toss people around on hold and not understand that some people are trying to buy a vehicle and not play games. Still wasn't able to get a hold of anyone in sales for a purchase order. More
