Terrible Experience At Greenway Ford November 2016 I brought a 2013 Ford Focus, I've made multiple triples to Greenway Ford about my car having a jerking forward problem that has yet to b November 2016 I brought a 2013 Ford Focus, I've made multiple triples to Greenway Ford about my car having a jerking forward problem that has yet to become fixed. Yesterday I experienced an accident due to my car pausing on me while foot on the gas then jerking forward causing me to wreck. Today was my third time making a visit to Greenway Ford about my car jerking forward. I spoke with Manager Ezequiel Alicea about my car being fixed and how I am afraid for my life to continue driving a car in this manner as he proceeds to tell me this situation is my fault, how he didn't make the car Ford did and he's not going to fix the situation of my car and that is why I have insurance. This is a terrible way to treat a customer who is afraid for their life in a car they purchased from your company. More

good car bad experience with the deal I was at the dealership looking for a specific used car that i saw online i made the deal i bought it i yrade in a car that was on payments so they to I was at the dealership looking for a specific used car that i saw online i made the deal i bought it i yrade in a car that was on payments so they told me the car was gine be paid off in. 2/weeks but that was not the thing i went 5/ times to greenway ford looking for answers they told me the same everytime so last time i ask then for reciots papers etc to make sure the car was paid off anf doesnt affect my credit well bad experience at grrenway never happend before at another location so thats ehy i rate it in a poor scale More
