Never Again I have bought 2 vehicles from Greenway Ford previously. On 3/13/2018 at approximately 1:30 PM they called me to request that I stop by and consider t I have bought 2 vehicles from Greenway Ford previously. On 3/13/2018 at approximately 1:30 PM they called me to request that I stop by and consider their buy back and trade in program. Of course they used the typical sales tactics of suggesting that I was a preferred customer and would be one of the first to take advantage of this offer. I agreed to stop by because I needed to see the service department regarding some warranty issues. After meeting with service and body shop I stopped in to the sales floor to hear their offer. Typical car sales shenanigans ensued and after low balling me on my current vehicle. My current vehicle, a 2015 F-150 fully loaded Lariat that came lifted from the dealership was given an offer of $35,000. Surprisingly they had the exact same vehicle on the lot in blue, but as an XLT model listed at either $52k or $57k (don't recall exact number). From here Greenway Ford offered to sell me a new fully loaded 2018 F-150 Lariat with no lift and no off-road tires for $57,000. Ironically I paid less than that when I purchased my current vehicle brand new with all of the extras. At this point I told the salesman that the offer didn't make sense financially and that we were going to be too far off to reach a middle ground. As usual he then told me he would get my keys, but asked that I wait a minute. This is obviously where the sales "manager" comes out and tries to close a deal. I told him that I needed to leave and to just get my keys and followed him out. Of course a sales manager follows him out and engages me in conversation. He goes on to ask what I think the car is worth which simply shows the lack of respect and professionalism of this branch. If you are going to request a customer come in don't also have the audacity to low ball them and act like you didn't know what you were doing. For reference you can buy a lifted 2015 F-150 Lariat with twice the mileage of my vehicle (36,000 compared to 19,000) for $47,000 per a simple internet search. But it didn't end there. After telling the manager that they had low balled me and if someone walked up to me right now and offered $35,000 cash for my car I would tell them no. At this point he suggested that I should go to Carmax (the discount superstore in Orlando that would low ball me even more). Clearly he didn't even realize why I was there and I told him that I didn't come in to sell my vehicle and that THEY had called me and requested my time. I should have been more insulted by this sales tactic, but had wasted enough time. If the numbers had my sense I would have considered trading my vehicle. It is now almost 6 PM EST. I had called Greenway direct, about an hour ago, after receiving a follow-up e-mail. I was told there was no manager to field my call and that after "getting additional help" he would call me back. Obviously he is going to look at the numbers again and try to apologize and make me a different offer. This location has no idea how to handle return customers. I will no longer be shopping at Greenway Ford in the future nor will I be recommending them to anyone. More

He told us the price without a lot of wasted time and was vert tentative and courteous. The finance guy was good and knowledgeable and fairly quick at getting us out the door. I actually brought my niece back the following week and she purchased a Used Kia. More

When I arrived the dealership he already had 5 cars to choose from within the price that I mentioned to him. I was out of there within three hour with my new Ford Fusion with the bells and whistles. It was the best care buying experience I've had. I even put my down payment down with my credit card. Also, the amount down that I told him that I wanted to put down is exactly what he worked out for me! I would send anybody to Dale to get a car. More
