They play pricing games and dishonest! This place is a joke and they play pricing games! I worked with someone for 3 days trying to buy a car and put a deposit on it and seal the deal. Then they hit me with fine print of additional $1k in fees, then after that, they told me the price was a mistake and upped the price another $1k on top of that. Then I called to discuss the issues and they tell me there may be a deposit on it already. They do not seem all that willing to sell cars there. Said car has been sitting on their lot for almost 5 months and now all the sudden someone else is interested when I offer cash. More

I took my time and was very selective as l wasn't quite sure if l was going to go with another full-size luxury sedan or venture into the crossover SUV. During my own search, one of my daughters updated her vehicle and shared her car buying experience with me. She gave such a rave review about Greenway, more specifically the sales person who closed her deal, that l too decided to bypass Miami dealerships and purchase with Harry McKenzie at Greenway Ford-Orlando! I chose to go with the Lincoln MKZ, told Harry what l wanted and he took care of everything imaginable! Even with the dealership having a hiccup where my first choice vehicle was no longer an option, Harry was able to locate an even nicer model and for a better deal! No haggle, no hassle, no problem! The completion of paperwork was a breeze and he even managed to help arrange a surprise for me from my family at the time of purchase! Mr. McKenzie is amazing!!! A friend of ours for over 30 years, recently purchased from your dealership and recommended Greenway with the referral of their sales person. This time of year, my husband travels a good bit, so on a recent trip, l accompanied him to Orlando, specifically to check out your lot. We asked for Harry McKenzie and he was EVERYTHING that our friend said he would be...a GEM! We stressed to Harry what we were needing to do prior to the purchasing process; and instead of being pushy and trying to hurry us along, he took the time to HEAR us! Amazingly, Harry outlined our options and explained what our next steps would be to buy even sooner than we expected! Who does that?! Harry does!! Our next trip to Orlando will be to get our cars.
