If you want terrible after-sale service than Greenway Ford is for you! Quite possibly the worst customer experience I've ever had. The support department, under the leadership of a particularly abrasi Ford is for you! Quite possibly the worst customer experience I've ever had. The support department, under the leadership of a particularly abrasive and unhelpful individual named Phil, is a total embarrassment. This guy even went so far as to explain that the persistent issues with my brand new King Ranch were the result of Ford integrating new technologies that both they and Ford did not understand. Phil then explained to me that Rams didn't have these sorts of problems. On this most recent occation Phil refused to take the vehicle in for service, despite a phone call that occurred with management earlier in the week where it was decided that the truck would be brought in at a predetermined time. Avoid this place like the plague. The management team could not care less about the customer and the service department is the antithesis of helpful. More

I purchased a used Ford F-150 in the deal they were adding a hitch and a bed liner. They messed up the hitch install. Told me they would pick it up and get it fixed (I live 50 miles away). They lied and I had to drive back down and wait while the problem was corrected. They were also going to retrieve the master key code. They told me I needed two FOB's to retrieve it. They gave me a "new" FOB and I decided to have a local dealer program and cut it. Local dealer let me know you don't need two fobs and the "new" fob they gave me was actually a used fob! Do these people know anything about the trucks they sell? They lied and scammed me and refused to pay for the programming I did locally. I will never set foot in the dealership again. More
