Had a warranty replacement dash pad on order since 3/2020 for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, called every 6 months and was told another 6 months each time, called last Friday and after being put on a long for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, called every 6 months and was told another 6 months each time, called last Friday and after being put on a long hold the receptionist informed me they never ordered it and the manager would be calling shortly...he didn't. Called Mon AM left message when he responded, no explanation, no apology, just we can't order it, but when we do it will be 2 more years...my 2nd Grand Cherokee, thanks to this place my last Chrysler product. Service department is a joke! Made an appointment to bring in my truck a week and a half ago. They did nothing for a week and a half! Then had the audacity to tell me the appointment was only to drop of bring in my truck a week and a half ago. They did nothing for a week and a half! They spent a few hours on it yesterday to figure out the problem Have my truck taken apart and now want $2500 to replace a $181 hose!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The part should be covered under warranty but the useless service rep, Carson. Has yet to look up the warranty. If you get Carson as a service rep expect to be ignored and blow off. You will have to get a manager on the phone to get any updates from him. If your vehicle needs a repair that has to be done at a dealership, do your self a favor and find another one More

So when you go purchase your next car or truck at GDCJR I would definitely ask for her. The Sales Manager was great also along with the Finance Manager. Top notch team. I did have some minor communications issues with the team but once I voiced my concerns, they listened and addressed my issues without question to complete satisfaction. Great job Greenway Team!
