I decided to give Greenway a chance, also I don't know many experienced mechanics around the area, so I wanted it done right the first time. Communication started off great, but I'm now going on 3 weeks and noone will answer my texts, try to call and get put on hold for 25 min. and then hung up on. Overpriced and tried to tell me things were wrong with my vehicle that I know were not the case. This will be my first AND last time at this dealership. I guess I'm going to have to waste gas and drive down there to get things straightened out! Update..as I was typing, they tried to say the parts catalog had a misprint and that it was going to cost an extra $250..not what I agreed to and not what I'm paying! Don't waste your time with these people!! More
I purchased a used car on September 12th, it is December 4th. I still don't have a tag or title. I do live out of state, last time i talked to a title clerk , I was told they were waiting on my DMV... I called my DMV, no request or paperwork has been submitted. I have emailed and left voice mails for the general manager, asked for customer service, talked to my salesman. I can not get any help. Not what i expected from a Dodge dealership. More

I went in 11-11-2023 to purchase a truck that I saw online for $41k. After test driving the vehicle I decided to purchase the vehicle. I showed the salesman(Travis)that I was already pre-approved thr online for $41k. After test driving the vehicle I decided to purchase the vehicle. I showed the salesman(Travis)that I was already pre-approved through my credit Union. He also took a picture of the pre-approval with his cell and gave it to the finance guy. As I was sitting in the lobby waiting to see the finance guy Brooks Grice I received an alert on my phone that my credit was checked. When I went in to see Mr. Grice he added $10k to the base price of the vehicle. During a phone conversation with him I asked why GW advertised the $41k but YOU tried selling it for $51k? He actually stated that $41k price is to get people to come to the dealership. I had already canceled the deal on the 13th. But the salesman via text messages tried to intimidate me into coming in an pick up the vehicle. But my entire experience was terrible, never met a finance guy that did what this guy did.
