Horrible customer service, not finishing job according to "WE OWE" documents, sales persons lie in your face and disappear as soon as deal is done, no communications, issues are not getting resolved. it "WE OWE" documents, sales persons lie in your face and disappear as soon as deal is done, no communications, issues are not getting resolved. it looks like there are a lot of BBB complain, all of them same: these guys are scammers. we bought a used vehicle from that dealership. as part of the deal , vehicle was supposed to get certified and we were supposed to get 2nd key. we did get a "WE OWE" documents confirming that. I would not buy a vehicle with 1 key only and NOT being certified, all these things were promised and well documented and signed. i was asked to come to the service department next day, Saturday, to get a 2nd key done and get certified documents. But next morning, at service department, it turned out that 2nd key cannot be made at that moment, since they were waiting for software updates. and i still could not get any documents/ confirmation about vehicle certification. , with promise from my sales rep, Gonzalez Brittany, i would get them n Monday. On Monday, and day after that i was keep trying to get any documents / confirmation about vehicle certification. Gonzalez Brittany just lied to me that vehicle is certified and its in the system already. i checked with services department; its not. any conversation with her were useless: she has no clue what's going on and/or practically just lies or does not respond. One time i was able to talk to Sales Manager, Flavio, who told me that "he would check the status and call me right back" , but he never did. another sales person - London Zachary never called me back too. i tried calling next day too, left message for Flavio, sent text message to Brittany - no response. i cannot keep calling them, i need to have these issues resolved as it was promised and it states in all documents. All these things were part of the deal and there are plenty of documents supporting it, including text communications with sales person, who just lied that vehicle was certified and its in system already. i am filing a BBB claim. it looks like i can make a 2nd key at the another dealership, but pay cash ,of course. i will have to open small court claim as well to get reimbursement for that key and i had to buy extended warranty too, so i want reimbursements for that too, i cannot have such vehicle without warranty, that's why i was buying "certified" vehicle. These guys stopped communicating. They are scammers. More

Disappointed at the level of professionalism the sales rep displayed. We purchased from Greenway Ford in the past and expected the same treatment. We advised Brittany G the vehicle was needed for a business, therefore we wanted a certain type of vehicle. She then asked what does it matter what type of vehicle we drive. My husband explained our services and why we want a certain type of vehicle. Brittany then follows with criticizing an associate stating he wears red bottom shoes and a big Gucci belt and that doesn't help him with sales... We attempted to explain the difference but it was a waste of time. We advised her he had submitted the application already, she had no clue. She spoke to the guy that stands behind the desk, " the manager". We only "qualified" for certain cars and that she will send a list. We let her know the cars we did not want, we may have offended her by listing the car she drives as a no. Only because she stated Malibu's are really good cars. It was late so she said she would send the list in the morning. Instead she calls, and says the same thing about not qualifying... My husband said he knew, she had told him that already the night before, he was waiting for the list of cars he did qualify for. She again says "okay, I'm going to send you a list"... he then advised her. no Nissan Sentra's either. She emailed him one car, a Nissan Sentra... very passive aggressive, very petty. More

If you purchase a vehicle from this dealership don't expect any sort of customer service. They will not help you in any way. After seeing a promising deal online, I contacted the dealership and spoke with a manager who assured me they could bring the vehicle from their Sarasota location within a day. However, I was required to pay upfront to secure the deal, which made me uneasy, but I proceeded based on the manager's assurances.​ Upon arrival the next day, I experienced significant delays before finally seeing the Jeep, which unfortunately had visible damage to the passenger door and bottom panel—damage that was not disclosed in the photos or description. The manager and salesperson attributed the damage to the Sarasota location and were initially unhelpful, stating they couldn't do anything about it. They mentioned I could get a refund, but it would take days to process and might negatively impact my credit score.​ After expressing my dissatisfaction, the salesperson eventually agreed to have the damage repaired. I brought the Jeep in a month later for repairs, which took three days without a rental car option. Disappointingly, the vehicle still showed signs of the previous damage. Additionally, the soft top, which had no prior issues, was broken the next day, requiring a $2,000 replacement that Jeep wouldn't cover.​ This experience has been frustrating and disheartening.
