I brought my Jeep Cherokee, with only 11,600 miles on it, because the dashboard lighted the alarms for Park-brake, ABS, Check Engine & Anti-sliding. I brought the car on Jan.04 for a diagnosis but after wait because the dashboard lighted the alarms for Park-brake, ABS, Check Engine & Anti-sliding. I brought the car on Jan.04 for a diagnosis but after waiting for a couple hours they tall me the tech. who reads the computer report was not working on Saturdays. I re-scheduled the service to March 17, a weekday; Their diagnosis was steering gear internal failure and DTC for wheel speed sensor, They said the repair will cost me $ 8,000.00, I could not accept and afford that amount, so I paid $ 213.00 for their diagnosis and took my car back. On March 20 I brought the Jeep to Tires Plus, for another opinion; their diagnosis was to replace the ABS speed sensor, an $89.99 part. The total cost of the repair: $ 213.83. For me now Greenway Jeep is just an scam, hurting the brand they represent. More

Worst sales experience ever. Thay say the treat you like family. That's a lie like the ones I was told. I bought a chevrolet 2015 camaro from them. Was told it was inspected bumper to bumper. Then why did the car break down the 2nd day I had it. Had to walk to a autozone store and they tested the battery. It was a bad battery. A mechanic said they couldn't have tested it. Or they would have known it had bad battery. The same mechanic ran a scan on vehical because check engine light can on. Was told that the computer had to of been reset. And that I need new fuel injector. That an injector doesn't go bad in the 48 hours I had it. Tried contacting the salesman but bmnever got to speak to him. No return calls. Ended up paying for the repair. At point of sale I asked for an extended warranty. Was told that it would be included in the finance loan. What was included was gap. And led to beleive it was a warranty. And in the 9 months I've had vehical I've had to have service done to it 3 times. And now at a chevey service department again. If their was a negative star rating they would achieve that. I wanted to sleep on the decision for a week and did not feel pressured to come in for a test drive. Once I decided to come in for the test drive, he had the car pulled around and ready to look at. He gave a nice overview of the features and again was not pressuring me or rushing me. He took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He worked with me to get to a pricepoint I felt comfortable with. I had reached out to another dealership and did not go with them because of their high pressure sales experience. I would buy a car again from William and Greenway in a heartbeat. This is my first Jeep and love it so far! And my dog agrees too :) More

Came in looking to buy a chevy colorado zr2 and they where charging $2000 in extra fees. $1000 of that was for a "ceramic coating" (you can get a ceramic coating for under $300) when the car looked as i where charging $2000 in extra fees. $1000 of that was for a "ceramic coating" (you can get a ceramic coating for under $300) when the car looked as if it was a fresh trade in with no work done to it. the other $1000 was for the "refurbishing fee" and once i looked at the service report it only came up to $800. $500 of said $800 was just diagnostics. the apparently changed the oil and that looked like it was about it. When i was looking over the car i noticed that it was leaking oil out of the valve cover as well as it sounded like a wheel bearing had gone bad too but there was no documentation of that. i can only imagine that this was left out of the report so that they could xxxx over someone else. i don't recommend even walking into this dealership. thanks for the crackers and gummies tho.
