It’s a great environment and they’re always on top to tell you updates and length of times for waiting so you’re comfortable either in the waiting area or your home. I was there last week and waited an hour or 2 and the staff was so great with my 1-year old and making me feel welcomed plus my car was fixed up perfectly. I’ve seen personally, service techs come and get the guests to update them on their vehicle so they know what’s going on each step of the way on every service. I was also shown this app to help pay what I owed in monthly installments and in today’s economy that is a lifesaver. You and your vehicle should want to be cared for properly by real everyday people and with that being said I recommend this shop/dealership all day long! :) More
This place has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto service center and both on the sales side. My car was there 9 days before it even had a diagnosis ran on it! The 1st day it got there I with an auto service center and both on the sales side. My car was there 9 days before it even had a diagnosis ran on it! The 1st day it got there I was told that they ran a 253.00 diagnostic on it but couldn’t do anything without the key fob working and they think the chip had gone bad in the fob. But their key fobs for a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee were on back order so I was told that I (the customer) needed to call a lock smith up there to do a new fob so I did. Turns out it was not the key fob. The Jeep tech came outside with the lock smith and stood there with the locksmith while he ran a diagnostic test on my computer. The Jeep tech said he seen where it is showing that the ECN computer was bad and that they needed to order that. This point I had already paid 100.00 tow to there, 200.00 for the key fob, and been charged a diagnostic fee by Jeep 253.00 but Jeep never even pulled it into their shop. Now Jeep tells me I am looking at having to pay 1504.00 for the new ECN and labor & the part would be in the next day. Dylan also sends me to the sales side and I waste 4 hours of my day waiting on them to run my credit and tell me what they could give me for a trade in on my Jeep. At 4:00 I get told by the sales team that all the banks have closed for the day so I wouldn’t know anything. So I go back over to the service side and made sure Dylan ordered that part which he assured me would be in the very next afternoon. 2 days after this the part still had not shown up from their warehouse in Atlanta. I just kept getting the run around I believe because Dylan kept forgetting to order the part. In the mean time all this had been going on every time I called up to the dealership it would sometimes take me 1-3 hours worth of calling to get anyone on the phone. Or someone would answer and I would be out on hold for 30 mins or longer. So on the last day my car was here I stopped by there in person that afternoon after 3:00pm because no one had bothered to call me on this day either. 9 days laterThis is the first and only time I had seen my Jeep inside the shop there. Dylan tells me oh I was just about to call you. I have some good news and well not so good news but not bad either. He says he “himself” had a sick gut feeling that it was not the ECN part after all so with out asking me Dylan had another diagnostic test ran on it by their guy ( just to get more money out of me) turns out the part I had been waiting 3 days on to get there was not bad after all and 2 out of 3 scans all showed it is the starter. I am pretty sure that ECN part never made it there cause I was told that part had to be ordered from Jeep and go with my actual VIN number. However they were still charging me 1500.00 to fix my car. I already knew how much a starter was around so I knew then I was getting robbed. I asked Dylan 3 more times was he sure it was the starter and how was he so sure it was. I made some calls because I no longer had faith in the service center that they knew what they were doing or even being honest with me. I had it towed back to the first mechanic and went and bought a new starter for 281.00. Dylan refused to let my car be towed until I paid the 253.00 2nd diagnostic test he had ran without my permission. Jeep also let both of my windows down while it was inside of their shop. Today i am told by the new mechanic that Jeep let and left my windows down on both sides of my car and it got rained in all night long and everything was soaked. It was towed after hours. I had the new starter installed and guess what?! It’s not the starter. Only makes a clicking noise when the button is mashed. So Dylan was wrong yet again about what was wrong with my car. Now I’m having to pay another tow fee of 100.00 to have it towed to another place that can run diag On! After all of this I think Jeep needs to pay for all that has been spent! And fix my car for free! 9 days without my car and now have to g More

What could have been an easy/simple deal turned into the worlds WORST buying experience. Me and my dad were looking for a vehicle for my mom. This dealership had the EXACT vehicle that my father and I were worlds WORST buying experience. Me and my dad were looking for a vehicle for my mom. This dealership had the EXACT vehicle that my father and I were in the process of purchasing in Florida. I called Greenway Dodge in Anniston to see if the vehicle was still available. I was told the vehicle was still available and would I like to come view it. I set an appointment for an hour after the call since we had to drive from Birmingham. Upon arrival Monique greeted us. She was VERY nice and showed us the vehicle. We talked a little bit more about the vehicle and how its CERTIFIED PREOWNED. We decided that this was the vehicle we wanted but there were some damages we wanted taken care of. They agreed on fixing all the damages. We went into the dealership and offered $1,000 less than what they were asking. The "GM" said yes to the deal and ran my dads credit. They came back with numbers a bit higher than what we wanted to pay monthly but we decided to just do it because the car was "CERTIFIED PREOWNED". We enter finance to sign paperwork. While we are going over things the finance lady starts trying to sell us a warranty. I brought it to her attention that we didn't need one because the vehicle was Certified PreOwned. She communicates to us that the vehicle was in fact not certified. I show her where on there website it showed it was. She calls Monique in her office to confirm that the vehicle was in fact a Certified PreOwned vehicle. The finance lady then calls the GM into her office where he looks at me and my father and tells us the vehicle is not certified because he discounted it $1000. This was NEVER stated to us when we were talking numbers. He then looks at us and says it looks like we dont have a deal..... I then reply "IT LOOKS LIKE WE DONT HAVE ONE" and we walk out. As we walk out he xxxxx the deal up and throws it in the trash. When we got into the parking lot we decided to look on there website again to verify the info, when we noticed the price had dropped to what we offered. The vehicle still showed to be CERTIFIED. I text Monique (sales lady) all of the info and explained why I was upset/confused. She tells me to wait until the following day to see exactly what was going on. September 1st comes (the following day) and I recieve a phone call that they will do the deal with the vehicle being certified. She apologized several times and understood our frustrations. I told her we would only do the deal if they cleaned everything and repaired all of the damages. She said all of that would be done. We get to the dealership a couple of hours later to sign paperwork and we notice nothing had been done to vehicle. Monique told us her GM said they cant fix anything until all of the paperwork is completed. We said ok understandable. We told her the vehicle still needed to be delivered as we were not able to take it home ourselves. She said ok, and that she would deliver it the next day after everything was fixed. All paper work gets signed and we leave. (Disclaimer: Monique and the Finance Lady were VERYYYYYYYYY apologetic) The GM said absolutely nothing to us the whole time we were in the dealership. The following day comes and we have heard nothing. It's around 2:00pm so i decide to reach out to see what's going on. I don't receive a text message until 5:40pm stating that I needed to call the dealership to see whats going on. Today is now September 4th and we still have no car!! Now I have to drive all the way back out there (an hour drive) for the 3rd time to get the vehicle. That's 6+ hours of my time WASTED. WHAT EXACTLY IS THE PROBLEM HERE! ILL NEVERRRRRRRRRR BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. How can you have a GM in place that could careless about customer service/satisfaction. Customer service is definitely not there top priority at GREENWAY DODGE ANNISTON. More
