They don’t fix things right the first time and have you come back numerous times for the same thing. Lack of responsibility for the mistakes they made. If there’s a problem outside of wear and tear, they created it. Repairs are done poorly. Recommends expensive repairs and does the absolute worst with fixing what they say is wrong. When they touch stuff, they have the tendency to break things. They don’t put stuff back right, they leave off bolts and gaskets. They don’t do proper oil changes, lie about rotating tires but yet have you pay for it. They don’t always change the filter when doing the oil change. At times, they don’t even properly fill oil nor top off other fluids like they claim. Apparently, they don’t know how to screw in a oil filter properly. They don’t stand behind their work and they don’t care about your vehicle (especially if it’s older) I found me “professional” mechanic that was able to fix all the stupid mistakes GT service dept made. My truck is doing so much better now that it’s out of Greenville Toyota’s ridiculous care! To Greenville Toyota, find something else to destroy besides someone’s vehicle. More
Service chose not to do the right thing concerning my repair and had my car towed without notifying me which resulted in a large towing and storage bill. Salesman didn’t care if he sold us a vehicle of not. Toyota of NewBern found exactly what we wanted and got it for us. Worth the hour drive!!! Service department is slow and very unorganized. I am doing two reviews up here. The seller Richard Atencia is a honest and professional Sales Consultant. He was patient and answered all my questions about the car he sold me. I was given a history of the car and how it was well kept by the previous owner. I had peace about buying this car from him. Also, my technician advisor, Mike kept me informed about my car that I already had and he took the time to explain to me and what I needed to do to maintain my car in good shape. He is a wise and great technician advisor. More
I’ve been happy with my Toyota Greenville experience and thankful for the free oil change package. However recently it seems every time they want to up sale me. Is it really a need, is this the norm?
