So refreshing to have an honest car dealer that doesn’t overcharge for services. Employees are very friendly and facility is exceptionally clean. Huge lack of communication and follow through. They said they would call me back and I had to call both times to follow up. Had my vehicle for a week due to a warranty related issue. Not customer friendly or focused, the notation as well as verbal communication I got when calling was that I was a hassle and they would get to it when they go to it. Had an appointment when I took it in for 10:45 didn’t even get looked at till the next day over 24hrs later. Nice new dealership but service is a HUGE joke. More
