Bait & Switch Bait and switch - also look at reviews under the name "North Texas Hyundai," on Yelp which is the same dealership. We rec'd a call and text saying ca Bait and switch - also look at reviews under the name "North Texas Hyundai," on Yelp which is the same dealership. We rec'd a call and text saying car was available, drove over an hour to purchase. Car had been listed for over 60 days. Conveniently, the salesperson Zarina said someone "just" drove off the lot and offered to show us another vehicle. I have never been so angry that a dealership would be so inconsiderate as to waste over 2 hours of our time to pull a bait and switch. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will be filing a scam report and with headquarters to let them know about this horrible dealership's marketing scams. More

Tom foolery! I tried to help my 19yo daughter buy her first vehicle in her name. We agreed to pay the price advertised on the internet. When we got there they trie I tried to help my 19yo daughter buy her first vehicle in her name. We agreed to pay the price advertised on the internet. When we got there they tried to sneak in numerous other charges, mainly a $2500 extended warranty. They refused to sell the vehicle without adding that & another batch of unwanted fees.
