Oil change on cold day I went in for oil change in my husband's truck. Tiffany was sweet and had great attitude considering it was COLD outside. She repeated what they were going to do, gave me a time estimate and showed me where I could wait. It went faster than expected - went MUCH faster than last time. She came and found me and went over what was done to truck again and asked if I had questions, then led me to the cashier. I had a coupon that I didn't realize I was supposed to show before they did work. So, Tiffany had to go back and re do all my paperwork. She had a great attitude and didn't make me feel terrible for causing her extra work. More
