With me being a traveling pipeliner, I always keep with my vehicles being serviced. I moved to Greenville, TX with my fiancé last year and had purchased my 2020 Jeep in WV while on a job in November. When I got to TX with my jeep, I was wondering where the best place was to take it to get serviced. So, I tried out Greenville Chrysler and it was great!! All I need was very basic service done, but Jeremy made it such a pleasant experience! From his kindness, professionalism, and his customer service was absolutely great!! I hate being a pain in the butt, but right as the cashier was going to check me out I had told them I had a coupon. The lady did say Jeremy would have to print off all the paperwork again, I apologized, but Jeremy kept a smile on his face and it didn’t seem to inconvenience him one bit! That’s what stood out to me, he didn’t act irritated or annoyed with his job. I have been through so many service advisors that act like that and unprofessional. Not here at Greenville Chrysler! Shane in service was great. I believe however when a vehicle is in need of service under warranty. A loaner should be made available without the need of having to be put on a waiting list.
